KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Authorities asked for help finding two fugitives. In the first case, police said they are looking for Richard D. Hedrick, 64. Authorities said Hedrick is wanted on a U.S. Marshals federal warrant on a charge of transporting a stolen vehicle across state lines. Hedrick is white, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 170 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Police said he has tattoos on his arms, left hand and left calf. Investigators said his last known address was in the area of 15th and Campbell streets in Kansas City, Mo. They said he's been known to use the aliases Dwayne Johnson, Richard Kelley and Bill Williams. Police said he should be considered armed and dangerous.
